1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform 888wil on any device — desktop, mobile, tablet, or any other — you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all game- and promotion-specific rules available on the platform.

Use of 888wil is conditional on acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately. Acceptance occurs automatically at the time of registration or first use of the services.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.1 One account per person

Each user may hold one account only at 888wil. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, IP address, device, residential address, or any other identifier is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all linked accounts will be immediately closed and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration. False or outdated details may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until your identity is verified. 888wil may request updated information at any time.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

888wil applies Identity Verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with Brazilian regulations and international industry best practices. Verification is mandatory for:

• Processing withdrawals (any amount).
• Cumulative deposits over R$ 2,000.00.
• Situations where the anti-fraud system flags a need for additional review.

3.1 Accepted Documents

4.1 Fees

888wil does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or card issuer are the sole responsibility of that financial institution.

4.2 Account Ownership

All deposits must be made from a bank account, card, or digital wallet held by the same CPF registered with 888wil. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all users with a verified account and an available real balance. Accepted withdrawal methods are: Pix, TED, Mercado Pago, and credit card (chargeback reversal).

• Pix: minimum R$ 30.00 — processed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• TED: minimum R$ 100.00 — same business day if requested before 5 PM.
• Mercado Pago: minimum R$ 30.00 — processed in under 30 minutes.
• Credit card (chargeback): minimum R$ 50.00 — processing time of 3 to 5 business days.

5.1 Ownership Rule

Withdrawals must always be made to a bank account, Pix key, or digital wallet held by the same CPF registered with 888wil. Withdrawing to third-party accounts is not permitted, regardless of family relation or personal relationship.

5.2 Security Review

888wil reserves the right to conduct a manual review of withdrawals that trigger anti-fraud security criteria. In such cases, the process may take up to 24 hours. The user will be notified by email with a status update.

5.3 Bonus Balance

Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover has been fully met. Withdrawals requested before the rollover is completed will result in the automatic cancellation of any remaining bonus balance — only the real deposited balance will be available for withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

888wil offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, along with other recurring promotions. All offers are subject to the following general rules:

• Each bonus is intended for accounts with a unique, valid registration. One account per CPF.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to fulfillment of the rollover requirement.
• The welcome bonus rollover requirement is 5x the total of deposit plus bonus, to be met within 30 calendar days from the date of the first deposit.
• For Sports Betting, only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher per selection count toward the rollover.
• For slots, live casino, crash games, and e-sports, 100% of the amount wagered counts toward the rollover with no odds restrictions.

6.1 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse and bonus hunting practices are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using minimum-risk betting strategies solely to meet rollover requirements (such as betting on both sides of the same event), or any behavior indicating systematic exploitation of promotions to the detriment of 888wil's operations.

7Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on 888wil are binding from the moment the system confirms the bet and deducts the amount from the user's balance. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled at the user's request, except in the cases provided for in these rules.

7.1 Bet Cancellation by 888wil

888wil reserves the right to void and refund bets in the following circumstances:

• Odds published with a clear error (prices obviously out of market due to a technical fault).
• Event cancelled, permanently suspended, or not completed within the timeframe established by the results provider.
• Confirmed suspicion of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• A technical system failure that resulted in the incorrect acceptance of the bet.

7.2 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any point during an event. 888wil does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets throughout every moment of a match. Live bets confirmed before a market suspension remain valid.

7.3 Bet Results

Results are determined based on data provided by official sports results providers. In cases of discrepancy between sources, 888wil uses the primary provider registered for each sport. Complaints regarding results must be submitted within 30 days of bet settlement.

8Casino, Slots & Live Games

All casino games, slots, and live casino titles available on 888wil use random number generators (RNG) certified by accredited independent laboratories. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or the platform.

8.1 RTP (Return to Player)

Each slot and casino game displays its theoretical RTP percentage in the game information. RTP represents the average expected return over a high volume of bets and does not guarantee individual winnings in any specific session.

8.2 Progressive Jackpot

8.3 Technical failures in games

9Prohibited Conduct & Misuse

Use of 888wil is subject to compliance with a set of conduct standards designed to protect the integrity of the platform and all its users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or using multiple accounts (multiple CPFs, false identities, or third-party details).
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human activity on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Any attempt at money laundering or using 888wil to conceal the origin of funds.
• Use of a VPN, proxy, or any technology to mask geographic location or identity.
• Collusion with other players to exploit Live Casino games or betting markets.
• Exploiting system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive, offensive, or threatening behavior directed at 888wil's support team.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by User

You can request the closure of your 888wil account at any time through the live support channel. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal and your available real balance will be returned via the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF.

10.2 Closure by 888wil

888wil may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Court order or determination by a competent regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity exceeding 24 months with no transactions of any kind.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break or permanently close their account for responsible gambling reasons may request voluntary self-exclusion through support. Temporary self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

11Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018), and applicable regulations governing the betting sector in Brazil.

For any dispute arising from the use of the 888wil platform that cannot be resolved amicably through the support channel, the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction to settle controversies, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
